Experience a custom-tailored hypnosis session designed to work with the subconscious mind. This is the part of you responsible for patterns, habits, emotional responses, and automatic behaviors. This personalized service supports meaningful change, emotional relief, and greater wellbeing by addressing issues at their root. How Hypnosis Works: Much of what we think, feel, and do is shaped by the subconscious mind. It stores learned patterns, beliefs, and habits—often formed earlier in life or during emotionally charged experiences. The subconscious does not process time the way the conscious mind does, which means it can remain “stuck” replaying outdated or unhelpful responses long after they are needed. Hypnosis is a state of focused awareness and deep relaxation that allows direct communication with the subconscious mind. In this receptive state, we intentionally introduce healthier, more supportive suggestions that align with your goals—essentially helping the subconscious update old programming with new, empowering patterns. The goal of hypnosis is not control, but repatterning—flooding the subconscious with suggestions that reinforce safety, confidence, calm, motivation, or change, depending on your intention. As Émile Coué famously said: “All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.” I simply guide the process. Your mind does the work. What Hypnosis Is- and Is Not: Hypnosis is not sleep, unconsciousness, talk therapy, or a medical treatment & you cannot be hypnotized against your will or be forced to say or do anything you don’t want to do. You remain aware, in control, and able to come out of hypnosis at any time. Hypnosis is most effective when you genuinely want the goal and are open to the process. Expectation and willingness play a key role in results. What to Expect in a Session: I will verbally guide you into hypnosis at your own pace. You’ll be deeply relaxed yet mentally alert, and you won’t need to speak while in hypnosis. Each session is fully customized to your goals, language, and experiences. You will also receive a recording of your session so you can continue reinforcing positive change between sessions and beyond.
